As actuators of hydraulic transmission technology, Hydraulic motor is one of high technical content hydraulic components, mechanical systems work reliability and stability is influenced by its performance. This research is a kind of new principle and structure of the hydraulic motor, puts forward the technical problem that multiple motor is working in a shell at the same time, the motor is without return spring ,less leakage, high efficiency and more power ratio, it can be used as a two-speed motor and can realize multiples torque output. To use as a pump, it can form multiple pump in a shell. It supply oil for multiple system or multiple pump as a system joint at the same time.The paper briefly discussed axial piston motor development and the structure of several pairs of stator motor,Puts forward the trapezoidal slider double stator axial piston motor, its structure and working principle were introduced in detail. The paper studies the output torque and torque volatility of a single motor and front and back motor together. The motor torque Pulsing rule is achieved, and motor torque influence factors were analyzed and summarized. Meanwhile, the mathematical model of the kinematics and dynamics of motor sliding block and spindle are established, its motion characteristics of speed, acceleration and displacement are analyzed in theory.Through Solidworks software, main component solid model of trapezoidal slider double stator axial piston motor is built, and its assembly is completed. Using cosmosmotion plugin to realize motor kinematics simulation analysis, The slider speed and acceleration simulation curve is drawn. Using cosmosworks plugin to make the motor shaft and the slider group mechanical simulation analysis, its stress, strain, displacement and deformation illustrations is achieved. The graphics show stress concentration position and stress development direction. Through the experimental study of motor model for the future to improve the performance of trapezoidal slider double stator axial piston motor as a reference.
