As a new type of multi-output hydraulic pump,the equal-width curve double-stator pump realizes an integrated multi-pump and further improves the power-to-weight ratio of the hydraulic pump.In order to improve the volumetric efficiency of the pump at medium and high pressures and after friction and wear,a floating side plate structure was designed.This paper mainly analyzes the stress and power loss on both sides of the floating side plate and verifies the rationality of the designed axial gap compensation structure of the equal width curve double stator pump through simulation and test methods.First,in order to obtain the optimal area of the back pressure cavity on the outside of the floating plate,the expressions of the back thrust and compression force on the floating plate were analyzed.According to the design size of the prototype,the variation law of the compression coefficient of the floating plate is calculated,and the rationality of the design of the floating plate is theoretically verified.Second,by analyzing the leakage path of the axial gap of the double-stator pump with equal width curve,the expressions of the axial leakage of the pump under three different working modes are obtained;meanwhile,the axial clearance of the pump under three different working modes is also obtained The expression of the power loss of viscous friction at the place;the mathematical model of the axial optimal clearance of the floating plate is established;the curve of the optimal axial clearance with the pressure difference and the total power loss of the prototype under three different working modes is obtained using Matlab Illustration.Due to the different oil pressures on various areas of the inner end face of the floating plate,Solidworks is used to divide the inner end face of the floating plate into regions,and then the Static Structural module in Ansys Workbench simulation software is used to equalize the curve of the double-stator pump.The stress,strain and total axial displacement of the lower floating plate structure were analyzed.Based on the theoretical analysis of this paper,a no-load displacement and efficiency test system for a double-stator pump prototype with constant width curve is designed and constructed.Based on the analysis of experimental data,the mechanical efficiency,Volumetric efficiency and total efficiency change curve;compared with the equal-width curve double-stator pump prototype without floating plate structure(fixed side plate structure),the comparison curves of volume efficiency under three different working modes of two different structure prototypes are obtained.
