Research On The Individual Problem Of Apartment Building And Case Studies

Apartment building as a product in the China’s real estate market, draws more and more attention in recent years. As a kind of residential architecture which contains diverse lifestyles of people, making innovation, shaping personality is the trend of development. On the other hand, considering people’s diversified aesthetic and apartment as a part of the city, it is necessary to avoid similar.In this paper, based on theoretical study of apartment building, various aspects of individual design is classified, and a large number of distinctive and identifiable examples both of domestic and foreign apartments is analyzed. Unique individual design ideas and methods is explored through the phenomenon of various apartment buildings.First, the paper discusses the basic questions on the individual design of the apartment building, starting from the definition of the concept, summed up the apartment building in common, based on the sum of its individual design approach for the analysis of specific cases lay a good foundation.Secondly, the paper analyzed and summarized a large number of advanced personalized instance. This part is divided into two chapters. Chapter III discusses the individual design methods of the apartment plan and inner space, including the dwelling interior space, shared space in the building, dwelling unit combinations and transport organizations. Chapter IV discusses the individual fa?ade an outer image of apartment buildings, including the shape of apartment building, the use of color and materials.In the end, based on the author’s experience of apartment design during the graduate student, the paper discusses the varied design methods of individual apartments and the problem of individual architectural expression in the engineering practice.
