Design Research On The Tall Building Of Apartment

Since the implementation of commercial housing policy, our country residence achieved great breakthrough. On the housing types, from the initial multi-storey house to high-level house. On the scale of living, from the building and compound into a community. On the living environment, from the shelter to home by now. Corresponding residential entrance space also obtained the development, Early just do traffic, gradually with the subsidiary function. Nowadays, people for the entrance space also increased the spiritual needs. China’s urban diseases become more and more serious, which has a close relationship with the residential district.Our country has a large population, the demand for residential housing is huge, therefore, defects exist in the impact of large, wide chain effect. In the introduction of the new policy in February this year in the country, the Residential area which will be build, must be blocks, and the original residential area gradually open,, public space is facing enormous challenges, especially the entrance space. We must make the corresponding adjustment and improvement can meet the needs of development change and residents.This paper first reviews the historical development of the entrance space, to analyze them from the direction of the two function and space, first to understand and define roughly for this topic.In the third chapter, according to the age, family status, house status, deeply analyze their requirements.Combined with the architectural psychology and praxiology, from material requirements, psychological requirements and behavioral requirements to study.In the fourth chapter, according to the demands of the front part of the residents, puts forward the design strategies of tall building of apartment entrance space.In the fifth chapter, combine these strategies with the entrance space,summarizes the common design method, and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.In the sixth chapter, through the investigation of cases, use the residents’ behaviour as standard to judge the rationality of the building.Finally, combining the actual situation and the requirements of the new policy, put forward suggestions on the improvement of entrance space.The purpose of the study is based on the needs of the residents of different levels,analyze the current situation of the tall building of apartment, then it puts forward the improvement strategies.Hope to provide some valuable reference, in future design of the tall building of apartments’entrance space.
