This is a thesis about the research on architectural design of Serviced Apartment,which is a new kind of product of real estate in our country.Serviced Apartment has developed very mature in some great cities just as Beijing,Shanghai etc.,which has got a steady client base.It has became a kind of residential architecture.But in some other cities,it is still of fledgling stage.Criterion of definition and regulations related are uncertain and uncompleted,which leads to the fault or uncertainty of the market location of the project.The comprehension which is slavish.even wrong to the definition,shows throughout the whole aspects of the design.Therefore,exploration of the design is urgent priority.By summarizing the concept,the distinctions of the similar concepts,basic characters,current situation and the foreground,the new term――serviced apartment will be interpreted in an all-round manner.According to the differenct characers, users'behavior mode,the subdivision of the end-market ect.,the thesis explores many factors,which influence the design standards of serviced apartment.Basing on the investigation of the representative examples in Bei Jing,some aspects are chosen for the preliminary exploration of the study on the main function space and outside space.
