Study On Low-carbon And Green Development Of Road Transportation By AHP-entropy Method

In recent years, environmental pollution and the depletion of natural resources have been increasing, in order not to affect the survival and development of generations, the party’s eighth congress stressed the need to vigorously carry out the construction of ecological civilization, which aim was to promote the green development, the cycle development and the low-carbon development. At the same time, reversing the trend of ecological environment deterioration from the origin to make a better living environment for people and make contributions to the ecological safety.With the accelerated process of economic globalization, the development of foreign trade and commodity circulation acceleration have led to an unprecedented development of logistics industry, thus the transportation industry has consolidated its important position in the national economy. Because of the "door to door" characteristic, road transport has become the basic mode of transport in an integrated transport system. Although it can bring economic prosperity and development, it also gives enormous pressure on the environment and resources, affecting the production of human lives.For the sake of achieving a low-carbon green growth of road transport, the article is basis of the relevant literatures, data, the learning theory of experts and scholars from all parties, and made a comprehensive evaluation of road transport. Firstly, the article made a research on the background of road transport, set out the relevant economic, road transport and low-carbon green road transport theories. Secondly, the paper has analyzed growth factors of the road transport low-carbon green from economic, environmental, resource and society, and established an index system combined with the establishment of highway development status. Furthermore, making use of AHP-entropy method to achieve the targets assignment, and supplemented by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for highway transportation in Liaoning Province. Finally, according to the evaluation results, put forward relevant policy on low-carbon green road transport countermeasures in line with China’s national conditions, from the points of socio-economic, scientific and technological resources and the environment.
