As we know, the cement plays a key role in the construction of China’s modernization,especially in recent years when China’s economy is developing fast. As one of the four basicconstruction materials, China’s cement industry is facing with a promising future as well aschallenges, for example, higher technology requirements.The production of cement is closely related to wear-resistant materials, so thetechnological level of cement industry relies on the production and application ofwear-resistant materials.The survey has found that the roller press, the core component ofcement production, has such shortcomings as short service life, serious surface wear, lowgrinding efficiency, and lack of maintenance.Therefore, it is a common concern in thecement industry to solve the problems of cement roller press grinding roll.Over thousands of years of evolution, the non-smooth surface of living creatures isformed to adapt to the environment and perform special functions. Studies show that surfaceof living creatures can show good wear resistance and anti-fatigue features. The main workof this paper is to proceed from the point of view of bionics,a roller press, roller press teststand and computer experiment platform using the simulation test, simulation analysis, thereal test study, come to design the best provide an important basis of the size of the modelparameters, cement roller press wear resistance.
