The friction and wear behavior of the industrial equipment was researched as the object in this paper, combined the biological non-smooth wear-resisting theory and coating technology, put forward an creative new method preparation bionic wear-resisting ceramics coating to improve the friction and wear.First, take the metakaolinite as raw material,using the spray drying method to prepare microns ceramic green microspheres.Then second sintering method was used to prepare strength、hardness and single scattered ceramic microspheres. Second, prepared ceramic wear-resisting two-component coatings.Bisphenol A glycidyl ether type epoxy resin、high elastic fast drying polyurethane resin was used as film components, Micron ceramic microspheres, sub micron grade silicon carbide ultrafine powder was used to strengthen the packing. Curing agent was Modified polyamides TY-650, xylene、n-butanol mixed solvent was used as thinner. Through the pneumatic spray a bionic structure coating surface was prepared at appropriate temperature and trace oscillation frequency.last, friction and wear experiment of the bionic non-smooth ceramic wear-resisting coating was studied and analyzed its wear-resisting mechanism.The experiment results are as follows:(1) When the spray pressure was1.2MPa,import temperature was140℃,the slurry solid content was25wt%, which can prepare high spherical microspheres and uniform particle size. Using the second sintering method can got ceramic microspheres with smooth surface and good single dispersion.The main composition of the microspheres was mullite,which hardness at mok’s hardness level7, rupture strength was8.5MPa.(2)When trace oscillation frequency was3KHZ, curing temperature was60℃, ceramic microspheres quality score20%, convex bag/pit distributed uniformly in coating surface, the bionic structure was obviously. When the trace oscillation frequency less than3KHZ, convex bag/pit distributed non-uniform.When trace oscillation frequency more than3KHZ, its easy to have a bubble in coating surface. Curing temperature less than60℃, curing time was longer, more than60℃coating cracks was easier. Ceramic microspheres content was lower, convex package/pits distributed less in coating surface, bionic effect was not obvious. (3)The coating prepared when trace oscillation frequency was3KHZ, curing temperature was60℃, ceramic microspheres quality score20%had the best wear-resistance.The wear of ceramic coating with the increase of the content of microspheres first decreases then increase.The wear resistance of the coating had same trend under two conditions.The wear resistance of Bionic non-smooth ceramic wear-resisting coating better than that of the same formula of smooth wear-resisting coating.(4)The wear-resisting mechanism of the bionic non-smooth ceramic wear-resisting coating is the result of Bionic effect and coating interpenetrating networks effect joint action.
