Research On The Emergency Disposal And Rescue Of City Underground Space

With the large-scale development and utilization of underground space in thecity, city underground space security problems are gradually revealed. Especiallythe subway and underground shopping malls have dense people and complexinternal structure. If emergency accidents happened, the complexity of thesituation is not easy to control and it’s difficult to be rescued, and the hazard ismore serious than on the ground.This paper analyzes and sums up the characteristic of city undergroundspace accidents, combined with typical case analysis, study the emergencyprocess of the existing problems and proposed measures. In the light of analysisemergency management on subway, underground shopping malls where arecrowded places happened with fire, gas leak emergency accidents and putforward emergency management plan. Study of ventilation and evacuation underthe emergency accidents of city underground as the two key emergency disposaland rescue technology, and it also through the intelligent emergency evacuationguidance system, etc, to achieve effective control of emergency accident andemergency rescue efficiency promotion. Finally, the paper set up of acombination of GIS and urban underground space emergency rescue emergencyrescue system, communication scheduling platform, and briefly descript thesystem module fundamentals of the structure, content, realize function, and apreliminary plan of design and development.At present, emergency management mechanism and emergency rescuesystem of city underground space disposal and rescue is not formed effectively.Through the research of this paper, it has an important significance to promotethe ability of the emergency disposal and rescue of the city underground space.Based on the GIS platform of city underground space emergency rescue systemwill have good social prospect, and the rescue level of the city underground space will be greatly improved.
