Study On Accident Emergency Of Underground Metal Mines

Emergency rescue of underground metal mine is a complex and huge system,involving multiple disciplines and multifaceted theories.When the emergency rescue activities are performed,it needs the cooperation of multiple departments and organizations are needed to form a unified collaborative system.Therefore,planning and research of the underground metal mine emergency is an arduous task.This paper provides an overview of some mature experience and development of emergency at home and abroad.A detailed analysis of the risk and cause of underground metal mine accident in Dashiqiao City is performed.Then,the emergency rescue of underground metal mine is researched combining the internal actual situation.The paper also describes several typical accident of underground metal mine and its emergency and prevention methods in Dashiqiao City,including underground fire,underground floods,roof fall and poisoning,suffocation.In addition,according to the current status of mining in Dashiqiao City,Yingkou City,Liaoning province,accident hazard in the mining area is analyzed and the improving suggestions are proposed.Finally,The system formation of emergency rescue is explained and the emergency plan is established.In emergency plan,standardized operating procedures,organizational responsibilities and in the emergency process of underground metal mine are defined.The preventive early warning mechanism is also established and the emergency response procedure is proposed according to the level of accident.Moreover,the middle and later disposition,security system and supervision management system are provided.And the importance emergency of underground metal mine is explained by a case of water leakage and a collapse accident.Combining current actual situation of the underground metal mines,the emergency plan is established and the emergency rescue methods are provided in this paper.The studied results can be applied to the relevant field of underground metal mine emergency rescue,and played an irreplaceable role for the future safety of underground metal mine.
