Various disasters in underground commercial space occur frequently in China,with heavy casualties and economic losses.It is difficult to rescue underground commercial spaces that integrate underground and commercial features.The lack of relevant rescue experience has increased the difficulty of emergency rescue.At present,the knowledge about emergency rescue of underground commercial space disasters is confusing and difficult to share,and effective emergency rescue strategies cannot be quickly obtained during the emergency of underground commercial space disasters emergency.In order to improve the efficiency of emergency rescue during underground commercial space disasters and reduce the adverse effects of disasters,this article studies the emergency rescue strategies during underground commercial space disasters emergency.This paper first studies the theory of Ontology and finds the advantages of Ontology method in the expression of knowledge of underground commercial space disaster cases.Then it screens out some typical cases in the collected underground commercial space disaster cases.Then use the ontology modeling primitives,combined with the ontology modeling process,to construct the underground commercial space disaster case ontology model(UCSDCOM)using the selected typical cases.Then use the ontology modeling tool Protégé to implement the constructed UCSDCOM,which is beneficial to Sharing of emergency disaster rescue knowledge in underground commercial space.Then,based on the constructed UCSDCOM,combined with case-based reasoning(CBR)related theories,an emergency disaster scenario for underground commercial space was set up.Combined with the structure of UCSDCOM,the disaster scenario elements of target cases and historical cases were extracted according to the extraction ideas of relevant disaster scenario elements.Combined with the structure and local similarity,the global similarity of the extracted disaster scenario elements is calculated,and historical cases with reference value are obtained.Based on the emergency rescue strategies of these source cases,emergency rescue strategies for setting scenarios are quickly generated.Finally,on the basis of the previous article,combined with the system dynamics(SD)idea and using modeling software Vensim,an emergency rescue simulation model was constructed during the emergency of an underground commercial space disaster considering the injuries of rescuers.The model was verified for authenticity and applicability.And the results proved This model can simulate real rescue situations,and it is applicable to the rescue situations where the commercial space of the first to third floors underground and self-rescue escaped persons stepped on or not stepped on.Then the generated emergency rescue strategy of the underground commercial space was simulated by this model.The simulation results show that the strategy is effective.The research in this paper has the following meanings: the construction of UCSDCOM structured emergency rescue knowledge and facilitated sharing;The rapid generation of emergency rescue strategies for underground commercial spaces improves decision-making efficiency;emergency rescue simulation models during the emergence of underground commercial space disasters verify the effectiveness of the generated emergency rescue strategies. |
