| As a leading production enterprises of carding machine in China,Qingdao Hongda textile machinery had developed the new-style cardingmachine with independent intellectual property rights after hard workingof many years, which preliminarily realized the digitalization andintelligent. But there are still some shortcomings, such as the cardingquality is not high and so on. Therefore, our group carried out the analysisand research on the cylinder mechanism of the new-style carding machineJWF1207.Based on the summaries of the present status and development ofcarding machine at home and abroad, this paper carried on analysis andresearch for statics and dynamics of cylinder mechanism. According to theworking principle and structural characteristics of cylinder mechanism, simplified the cylinder mechanism model to rotor system at both endswith elastic support, and then derived stiffness, vibration and dynamicsbalance equations of simplified model on the basis of finite element andkinetic theoryBuilt the parameter model by using Pro/E software, and carried onthe finite analysis for cylinder mechanism combined with ANSYSWorkbench. It is provided the basis for the further improvement ofcylinder mechanism. The main content is as follows.(1) Carried on statics analysis for cylinder mechanism by usingANSYS Workbench software, obtained the cylinder mechanism’sdeformation contour and stress contour, and analyzed and evaluated theresults, which prepares for the subsequent optimization of mechanism.(2) Carried on modal analysis on cylinder mechanism, extracted ofthe first10-order natural frequencies and mode shapes, and analyzed andevaluated the results of modal analysis, verified the vibration security ofthe cylinder mechanism in the process of operation. Then analyzing the influence of the different bearing stiffness to the critical speed. It providesthe basis for research of high-speed cylinder mechanism. Finally,analyzing the curves that the amplitude of displacement, stress andacceleration vary with load frequency under inertia centrifugal forcecaused by the imbalance mass, and proposed a method to reduce thecylinder mechanism amplitude.(3) The parameter analysis is based on the statics and modal. It isprovided the basis for optimization design of cylinder mechanism byanalyzing the influence of the different parameters on static deformationand modal. Based on the above analysis, the paper conducted apreliminary optimization, and comparing the performance of cylindermechanism before and after optimization. |
