This topic originates from the new product development plan of Qingdao textilemachinery Limited by Share Ltd.As a leading production enterprises of carding machine in China, Qingdao textilemachinery Limited by Share Ltd had developed the new-style carding machine withindependent intellectual property rights after hard working of many years, whichpreliminarily realized the digitalization and intelligent. The carding machine frame isthe installed base of the whole carding machine, it works under all the forces ofcarding machine parts, must having sufficient strength, stiffness and resistance toshock and vibration. In the traditional design, the structure parameters are generallydetermined according to experience, the lack of the intensity’s accurate calculation, soeasily leading to the lack of strength and stiffness. Therefore, the topic group whichcooperates with Qingdao textile machinery Limited by Share Ltd, carries outsimulation analysis on the frame of the carding machine.Based on summarizing the development status of the carding machine, To theframe of the carding machine as the research object, the collaborative simulation usingthe method of3D parametric modeling software PRO/E and finite element analysissoftware ANSYSWORKBENCH to optimize the simulation research on frame modelof carding machine. First of all, this thesis based on optimization, parametric modelingof carding machine using3D modeling software; then the three-dimensionalparameters of carding machine built the model into the finite element analysis softwareANSYSWORKBENCH, analysis of the frame strength and stiffness, to obtain themaximum static deformation of frame model of carding machine and the stress valueand the distribution. Secondly, the paper analyses dynamic modal frame of cardingmachine, the frame of carding machine vibration natural frequency and vibration mode.On the basis of the above, this thesis focuses on the carding machine frame structureparameters are optimized, and finally obtained a new three-dimensional model of carding machine. The frame of carding machine model optimized analysiscorresponding stiffness and strength analysis and dynamic mode, the front framemodel compared with the optimization analysis, found the frame after optimizationwas better than before optimization model in structural strength and dynamic mode.Finally, the thesis of the materials were optimized simulation analysis, the cardingmachine and cast iron frame of steel fiber concrete in the material properties, thestrength analysis, dynamic performance and other aspects of the optimization analysis,found the static, dynamic properties of steel fiber resin concrete frame is better thanthat of cast iron frame, so in order to improve the the static and dynamic characteristicsof the principle, the use of new materials is also a kind of optimization.
