| Climate change and global warming have given today’s social and economic development a serious threat. The greenhouse gas emissions, especially carbon emissions are causing climate change, global warming. People are increasingly aware of the life of human beings engaged in production activities, energy consumption, unreasonable land use is the main reason leading to a lot of progress of CO2emissions. So strengthen environmental protection, improve the land economical, intensive utilization and development of low-carbon economy to reduce the land-use carbon emissions is imperative. Land use change on the increase in global atmospheric carbon dioxide plays an important role, second only to burning of fossil fuels. Different land use patterns is obviously different from the effect of carbon, such as construction on the land is to consume large amounts of fossil energy, and in the burning of these fossil fuels releases large amounts of CO2. Construction on the land which is to absorb carbon factors very little, so construction land use is mainly a process of carbon emissions. However, the amount of woodland and agricultural land, the amount of use photosynthesis to absorb carbon emissions is much larger than carbon, therefore woodland and agricultural land on the carbon emission reduction has an important significance.Accordingly, the paper which is on the basis of the summary of land use effect of carbon emissions at home and abroad, analyzes the mechanism of land use change, carbon emissions, estimates carbon emissions in a given area of land use change,analyzes land use change and carbon emissions, and give an evaluation for the of the effect of carbon emissions on the new land use planning, on this basis of which built land use structure optimization model, put forward a reasonable land use in order to achieve the purpose of reducing carbon emissions. The main content in this paper is as following:analysis the mechanism of carbon emissions of land use; Study land use structure change; estimate the county land-use carbon emissions and analyze its dynamics and the relationship between land use change and carbon emissions; Yishui overall planning of land carbon emissions evaluation and structural optimization and adjustment.On the basis of the theoretical and practical estimates, the conclusions are as following:(1) land use and land use change will continue to change the land use patterns which will affect the carbon cycle in the ecosystem, and will lead directly to carbon emissions. The two factors which are human land management and land use types changes in land use process are two main reasons for land-use carbon emissions.(2) the construction sites is a major carbon source, and agricultural land not only performance but also performance as a carbon source for carbon sequestration and carbon sinks-based small number of other sites Yishui County land use estimates of carbon emissions, and the main reflect the carbon absorption.(3) look at the relationship between structural change and carbon emissions from the land use, land for construction is the main source of carbon emissions, its area increases, will result in a strong carbon emissions; arable land is the main type of carbon sequestration, the increase in cultivated area will lead to carbon increase the exchange function.(4) Yishui County land use Planning and carbon emissions, the effect of the existing evaluation and planning for carbon emissions targets to minimize the optimization, discovery can be tapped through the land use of structural adjustment have the potential of carbon emissions. |
