Research On Engineering Cost Management Of HNM Oilfield Hidden Danger Management Project

With the continuous development of engineering construction,the corresponding supporting hidden risk management project is also increasing,hidden risk management investment in investment control plays an increasingly important role.The project cost management of the hidden danger management project is accompanied by a complete construction process.The controllability of the project cost is of great significance to the amount of investment,which is of vital importance to the whole project.HNM hidden in the governance project gradually increased at the same time,do the project cost management is also one of the primary tasks HNM.However,there are some problems such as the backwardness of planning mode and the static management of cost information in the cost management of HNM in the management of hidden trouble,which leads to the difficulty of investment control and the over-investment situation.The research of this paper can solve the problem that HNM oilfield danger management project design is not enough scientific,the project cost is lacking basis,tecHNMical measures and economic visa management are out of control.Through the establishment of effective investment control and control mechanism to improve the HNM project cost management level,in order to achieve HNM oilfield danger management project "low cost,long life" goal,to ensure maximum investment efficiency is of great significance.In this paper,HNM risk management project cost management as the research object.First,from the overall introduction of the paper research background,research significance and research status at home and abroad.And introduces the concept of project cost management of hidden trouble management project.Secondly,by analyzing the current situation of project cost management of HNM hidden danger control project and understanding the actual situation of HNM risk management project cost management,it is concluded that the dynamic management of project cost is lagging in HNM cost management,Construction of the corresponding implementation of the standard imperfections and other issues.The main reason for the analysis is that the HNM project cost management system is not perfect,the engineering change system is not perfect,and the process control of hidden trouble management project is not strict enough.Thirdly,this paper identifies 18 evaluation indexes such as investment estimation,investment budget review,budget management and final account management,and constructs the cost management system of HNM oilfield danger management project.Through the application of fuzzy model,the effect of HNM oilfield danger management project cost management is carried out.Finally,based on the HNM project cost management system,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the cost management of HNM oilfield danger management project from the four stages of decision stage,design stage,construction stage and completion stage to ensure the economy of hidden engineering,The rationality of the cost and the standardization of management have been comprehensively improved,so as to establish an effective investment control mechanism,and strive to achieve the hidden benefits of governance projects to maximize investment efficiency.
