Reasoning And Verification Of Shape Retention Of Pattern Grading For Women’s Circular Cut Sleeve

At present, the research relevant to sleeve grading is rarely, and lack of objective theory guidance. Most domestic production enterprise mainly rely on experience or established formula for sleeve grading, but method according to experience or formula often did not consider shape retention of circular cut sleeve. These imprecise grading methods obviously can’t satisfy the requirements of consumers outside of the intermediate to the clothing modeling, based on this background, the paper combined the figure features and similar figure principles to do detailed research about circular cut sleeve’grading. Aiming at providing the corresponding theoretical basis to the actual production for enterprises. This study mainly included:1, Acquisition of intermediate circular cut sleeve pattern. On the base of national human shape standard, combining with sleeve prototype method, drawing different clothing and circular cut sleeve pattern styles. Completing foundation work for the design of specifications and setting up optimum grading scheme of circular cut sleeves.2, Grading experiment of circular cut sleeves. This article doing its research work from aspects of the experiment and theoretical reasoning, established evaluation index of model retention, theoretical derivation of circular cut sleeve’s grading model, through the experiment to get the optimum grading scheme, according to the adjust numerical, we can get the relation model between theoretical numeric and practical numeric.3, Data processing and analysis. We theoretically analysed data between armhole arc length and vital data about circular cut sleeves of different styles. The regression relations between circular cut sleeves and corresponding clothes patterns are achieved. 4, Verification tests of basic style’ grading experiment. Grading according to the best grading scheme and making samples, use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate shape retention of series samples, verify the accuracy of the best grading models.5, Developing of shape retention calculation tool of circular cut sleeves. Developing calculation tool according to the regression relations from SPSS analysis. Namely, calculating the sleeve sizes on the basis of body armhole arc length.Through the theoretical reasoning, combining with the method of dressing experiment, this article achieved the best grading model of circular cut sleeves, the compatibility about sleeves and body also applied to pattern grading, through data analysis about circular cut sleeve and corresponding body sizes, it obtained the regression relations between sizes of circular cut sleeves and corresponding garment body armhole arc length, doing appropriate extension of these relations, we can successfully develope circular cut sleeve style retention calculation tools. Providing reference for the clothing enterprise’ mass production.
