| This paper mainly discussed the effectiveness of design management when there were so many problems in the fashion company in our country nowadays. The paper in-depth researched and analyzed mainly from four aspects which were the background of design management in our country, what impact the effectiveness of design management, how to improve the effectiveness of design management, and what the future of the effectiveness of design management.The paper through researched those problems in the fashion company in our country nowadays, aimed to analyzing the successful experience of their brands and the lessons of their failure, and finally summed up a set of applicable method and theory of the effectiveness of design management within our country.The method of research mainly on collected a large number of practical cases in design management of fashion brand. The article were studied in-depth with objective and scientific method in the effectiveness of design management, so as to make the paper practical and instructive.The final conclusion within this paper is that the effectiveness of design management is a systematic managerial evaluation mechanism. It needs good macro economic background in this industry, years of corporate couture accumulation and good management belief, these aspects are essential. The detail in effectiveness of design management is constantly evoluting with the actual scale and situation, so it needs to constantly adjusted to keep pace with the great times. Only in this way can a fashion enterprises keep pace with the times and vibrant.I hope that the conclusion of this paper could cause some resonances and communications to those colleagues whom dedicate to the study of fashion design management.
