| When the assembly design process of complex product is concern,different design departments located in different area are usually involved,and it is very important to discover the potential mismatch in assembly assoon as possible.The distributed virtual assembly provides a share virtualenvironment in which distributed design departments can carry outcollaboratively model verification and assembly through internet, thus itcould guarantees the designing accuracy, shortens the designing periods, andsave the cost of product developmentWith the increasing scale of complex product model data and demandof collaborative assembly application, there exist the problems ofinsufficiency of collaborative interactive work, shortage of resources,difficulty in dynamical resources scheduling and restrictions to the systemscale in collaborative visual assembly system, The development of the gridtechnology provides new methods for the collaborative virtual assembly tosolve these problems. The collaborative virtual assembly based on the gridimplements resource sharing and collaboration effectively which support thecollaborative virtual assembly activities to solve the complex problems,thusthis will enhance the development of the collaborative virtual assembly.On the basis of analyzing the system architecture, its characteristics andfunctional requirements of the collaborative virtual assembly based on thegrid, the key application management supporting technologies including resource management, task management and scheduling and dadamanagement technology are studied in detail.Firstly, after analyzing the features of different resources, a unifiedresource description model was constructed. Then a WSRF-basedcomputational resource encapsulation method is proposed which shieldscomplexity and heterogeneous of resources and implements resource sharingand collaboration. Then the resource management system architecture basedon a hierarchical model combined with the agent technology is presentedwhich can realize the dynamic monitoring and management of the wholelifetime of different resources.Secondly, based on analyzing the features and the workflows of thecollaborative virtual assembly, the multi real task management method anddynamic task scheduling method based on the evaluation of thecomputational resource performance are proposed, which can manage thecollaborative virtual assembly task effectively and distribute resourcereasonably satisfying the requirements of the collaborative virtual assembly.Thirdly, the thesis also analyses the features and requirements of datamanagement during the collaborative virtual assembly, a data managementscheme including data base management and file base management wasproposed, which realize data resource encapsulation and management, andsupport large data storage, large data transfer, distributed data access.Finally, the corresponding software modules are developed and acollaborative virtual assembly prototype system based on the grid (CVAG)was set up. Combined with requirements of multi-user collaborativeautomobile assembly, the Validity of these modules has been proved. |
