Research On The Completion Process Management Of Oil Production Plant Based On Virtual Management

Nowadays, the conception of well completion has developed a little broader than the oldone which only refers to perforation well completion, well completion is an important part ofoilfield productivity construction, includes drilling well completion and production wellcompletion. Cycle of well completion is from drilling to commissioning, the quality of wellcompletion management directly influences the commissioning plan, and then influence theproductivity plan of the oil field, so well completion is in great value to study and research.For now, the well completion management was confined to some local links and lackedof informatization and automatization, the management process of well completion was lackof whole process management and monitor method. According to these problems, this papermainly researched how to realize the virtual management of well completion, so as topromote every part of well completion to cooperation efficiently and response to the suddenchanges during the process at the same time. According to the dynamic character of moduleconstructing period and the process operating period during the well completion, adoptflexible workflow to perform virtual management on well completion process, this paperproposed well completion process virtual management architecture on basis of flexibleworkflow, and presented the specific implementation of flexible process module constructingbased on black box and flexible process operating of the work mode; In order to improve theexecution efficiency of the manually task during the well completion process, throughanalyzing the weakness of the existing task assigning method, combined with the factorswhich affecting efficiency of tasks execution in the course of completion process, this paperpropose a new allocation strategy which took multi-factor into consideration, and theentrusted task allocation strategy as a supplement. Make a more rational allocation of tasks toimprove the efficiency of task allocation and shorten the completion period.Applying the above research result to the practical application of oil field, realized theintegrated application system of well completion management, which offers a visualcooperation platform for the oil field well completion task and improved the agility ofcompletion process management, the result is fine in practical application.
