As an emerging concept proposed during the beginning of the 21 st century,Cyber physical systems(CPS)have been achieved deep integration of computational,communication,and physical dynamic processes by constructing a feedback loop between the information world and the physical world,which are widely used in the field of manufacturing,telemedicine and aerospace.Coal mining enterprises as an important pillar of China’s national economic construction and development,the related rapid development of embedded,computer and wireless communication technology have greatly accelerated the pace of coal mine industrialization and information construction.Cyber physical systems are a mixture of heterogeneous networks,therefore,introduce the related theory into the construction of coal mine information and industrialization is a very important and meaningful research topic.In this paper,the network performance optimization,topology control,scheduling strategy and data management for coal mine Cyber physical systems are studied,the specific work of mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Aiming at the energy management optimization strategy of sensing layer nodes for coal mine cyber physical systems,establishing a good network communication mechanism is the basis for realizing the interconnection and interworking of entity.Based on the analysis of the power consumption of the main working modules of wireless sensor hardware and the communication model for underground coal mines,this paper analyzes the time characteristics of the unknown events and the amount of waiting information quantity to be transmitted,and then the state transition control of the sensor nodes is completed,so that the nodes will enter into the optimal working mode.Finally,the state control analysis of nodes under different data transmission conditions is performed.Comparative experiments show that the proposed control strategy achieves the goal of saving energy and extending the overall network life cycle,and is more suitable for communication in coal mines.(2)Considering that the underground coal mine environment is complex,in order to minimize low efficiency of the data packets in the forwarding process and high overall energy consumption of network,which caused by the communication distance between nodes and the random movement of the target to be monitored in uncertain time.Based on the analysis of the spatial correlation of position distance between nodes,this paper proposes an optimal strategy of relay nodes based on signal strength,and thus constructs a relatively stable network topology.(3)In view of the large amount of information and various control methods in coal mine Cyber physical systems,on the basis of the current research status of scheduling schemes and the overview of relevant problems,the self-optimal scheduling schemes assisted by multiple computing models at various levels of perception,transmission,cognition and control.In order to verify the validity of the proposed model,the coal mine inclined lane transportation system is selected as the application research scene,the relevant control parameters of the inclined lane transportation system and the physical process of the actual delivery of the tramcar are analyzed,therefore,the classification and induction theory modeling of various trigger events in the inclined lane transportation control system are carried out.Finally,the fixed-point semantic model of the system and the transportation scheduling control strategy based on the flat model semantics is established.Simulation experiments show that the proposed algorithm can realize the efficient operation of the inclined lane transportation scheduling.(4)In view of the research on data management of monitoring system in complex heterogeneous environment under coal mine,under the premise of satisfying the functional requirements of monitoring system,it also needs system non-functionality such as accuracy of data collection,reliability of processing and timeliness of transmission,finally realize the mine monitoring and control system for the overall improvement of the data management.Due to the complicated geographical environment of coal mine,sensor nodes are widely deployed.In this paper,Suntuan coal mine safety production and comprehensive information monitoring system is selected as the research object,and takes the gas monitoring system of 10210 fully working face as research prototype,the reliability of data management of coal mine Cyber physical systems is studied.Figure[56]table[11]reference[179]...
