| Luminous fiber is used the way that is added rare-earth elements in the spinning process, so that the spinning fiber is owned storaging-emitting light properties. It is a new type of functional fibers.The subject used luminous fiber that is manufactured by Hangzhou Weiyang technology corporation. The luminous fiber is based to polyester, with rare-earth materials as light-emitting body. The subject is beginning with the basic properties of luminous fiber and yarn, and systematically analysis and research on morpHology, structure and mechanical properties of the luminous fiber. At the same time, it test and research strength, twist, moisture content, hairiness, water-absorption, heat resistance and acid resistance and alkali resistance of luminous fiber yarn.After analyzing the basic performance of the luminous fiber and yarn, the subject use STOLL-CMS530HP automatic computerized flat-knitting machine to design and develop luminous fiber knitted fabric. It design and develop six kinds of luminous fiber knitted fabrics. Then it test the six kinds of luminous fiber knitted fabrics to the fabric density, thickness, grammage and shrinkage. Test results show that:the luminous fiber yarn suitable for development of luminous fiber knitted fabric.So as to removing impurities and oil in the luminous fiber knitted fabric, and improving whiteness of the luminous fiber knitted fabric, the need for scouring and bleaching the woven fabric. Its scoured process should be:scouring agent lg/L, sodium carbonate lg/L, sodium silicate0.3g/L, penetrating agent JFC6g/L, liquor ratio1:20,100℃and60min. After scouring, using0.5g/L acetic acid neutralize10min in80℃, then enough washing and drying. Hydrogen peroxide is chosen as the bleacher in bleaching process. Using single-factor analysis way to analysis and determine four single-factor of the amount of hydrogen peroxide, temperature, time and pH. And then using orthogonal experimental design method to optimize bleaching technology. The fabric whiteness, bursting strength and handle as the evaluation index. Ultimately determined the optimal bleaching technology as follows:hydrogen peroxide(30%)15mL/L, sodium carbonate2g/L, sodium silicate2g/L, penetrating agent JFC1g/L, scouring agent1g/L, temperature50℃, time70min, pH value9and liquor ratio1:20.In the dyeing experiments, disperse dye was used to dye luminous fiber knitted fabric after bleaching with one bath process. Using single-factor analysis way to analysis and determine four single-factor of the amount of dye, the amount of low-temperature dyeing carriers, dyeing temperature and dyeing time. And then using orthogonal experimental design method to optimize dyeing technology. Dye-uptake and K/S value were assessment criteria. Ultimately determined the optimal dyeing technology as follows:the amount of dye disperse yellow SE-6GL0.05%, the amount of low-temperature dyeing carriers1.5%, leveler1%, dyeing temperature90℃, dyeing time70min, pH value4.0and liquor ratio1:50.The essay tested the heat retaining property, hydroscopicity, air permeability, water vapor permeability, bursting strength, drapability, pilling resistance, creasing property, rigid flexiblity, steam shrinkage and luminous property of the six kinds of knitted fabrics. Test results showed that:the luminous fiber knitted fabric with excellent wearability and luminous special performance, and suitable to develop knitted fabric.The fuzzy mathematics comprehensive judgment was used to evaluate the wearability of above six luminous fiber knitted fabric, and finally determined1+1rib stitch owns the optimal wearability in six luminous fiber knitted fabrics. |
