The Study On The Interactive Relationship Between The Environmental Legal Entities From The Pingnan Litigation Case

Sustainable development should be established on the basis of ecologicalprotection and environmental standards should be put into place. Recentlymore and more environmental issues, serious pollutions, have threatenedpeople’s health and the sustainable development of economy. The Chineseenvironmental Laws need to be changed in rapid economic circumstance. Byanalysis Pingnan litigation case include thousand litigant participants, sum upthe experience. Application of “public choice theory”“microcosmiceconomics” and other related economic theories, found the reason whygovernment failure occurred and the entities ignored the social responsibility.Then found the importance of the harmonious interactive relationshipbetween the environmental legal entities. Suggested some new ideas forimprove the effective interactive relationship from regulation and supervision aspects. We appealed to the environment protection department to act withjustice, strengthen monitoring and call on business entities to bearresponsibility for the environment. We also urged the third party to takeaction on the environmental issues and supervise our government.
