Dengfeng，“the center of Heaven and earth” historical buildings, including the DengfengObservatory, Songyue pagoda, Taishi towers and Zhongyue temple, Shaoshi towers, Qimutowers, the Shongyang temple and Shaolin Temple building, altogether there are8complex11groups excellent historical buildings, is our country in modern times, one of the mostabundant ancient architectural, that is the longest span of most species, culture connotationconstruction, the most abundant ancient architectural, embody Chinese ancestors’ unique viewof the universe and the true embodiment of aesthetics. Historic buildings because of its agecan be affected by the surrounding environment. The influence of the surrounding ecologicalenvironment’ destruction or alteration to the ancient building group, appear to be modest, butthe days and months multiplying, will cause a lot of damage to buildings. However, the workof the ecological environment to the ancient buildings is relatively deficient. Therefore,analyze the existing, potential problems of ecological environment carefully that the ancientbuildings facing, make policy, put forward reasonable proposal and carry effective solution,carry complete protection on heritage buildings is imperative.Dynamic monitoring of ecological environment is determinate and observes theecological system or ecosystem combination type, structure and function and combination ofelements within the specific region in time and space, and evaluates and predicts the humanactivities effects on the ecosystem. At present,“3S”(RS, GIS, GPS) technology has become apowerful tool for monitoring ecological environment. In this paper, make quality monitoringand assessment to "the center of Heaven and earth" cultural heritage of the ecologicalenvironmental, in the foundation of a full understanding of the research object characteristic,and fully understand and grasp the ecological environment monitoring and evaluation of thebasic theory and method. This research firstly selected "the center of Heaven and earth" intwo different periods of remote sensing image, after analyzing and processing, extract therequired information; secondly, according to the national land type classification standard,combined with the actual situation, to the world cultural heritage in the ecologicalenvironment dynamic change analysis, accurate acquisition of the different periods of landuse status and dynamic changes; thirdly, according to the evaluation index selection principle, considering the regional characteristics of the ecological environment, in many of theindicators of ecological environment in the selection of appropriate evaluation index, toestablish evaluation index system of ecological environment, ultimately selected for the landcover, the landform, environmental pollution, the pressure of tourism as study area evaluationfactor; finally, for the study of regional ecological carrying capacity, ecological environmentand ecological environment and sustainable development ability of ability to evaluate,according to the model for comprehensive assessment of regional ecological environmentquality. At the end of the article summarizes the main results of the study, pointed out thelimitations in the research, and the future research work is prospected.
