| The detection and control of the specifications of the ball screw pair is an important guarantee for its quality,and the dynamic monitoring and evaluation system for the performance of the ball screw pair is an important quality control system for the ball screw pair.The establishment of a new type of ball screw performance evaluation system that integrates distributed performance parameter collection,wireless network transmission,data centralized collection,data analysis and evaluation,etc.is studied by this subject.A dynamic monitoring and evaluation system for the performance of the ball screw pair under simulated working conditions is researched and designed,which is composed of a screw performance evaluation parameter acquisition system,a wireless communication network and a central server.The performance evaluation parameters collected by each data acquisition system through the wireless network are centrally collected by the data center server,a ball screw pair performance evaluation parameter database is established,and data calculation and analysis based on the database to realize the performance evaluation of the ball screw pair is implemented.The design of a data acquisition system for the performance evaluation parameters of the ball screw pair is proposed by this paper.And an evaluation parameter database based on the evaluation data and the corresponding model algorithm is established,data analysis and evaluation of multiple performance of the ball screw pair are carried out according to relevant standard.In view of the particularity of the preload status monitoring and recognition,the preload change trend tracking monitoring model of the ball screw pair based on the vibration signal is used for reference,and the wavelet packet and support vector machine are used to process the vibration signal to realize the preload decline stage.The automatic status division,and the monitoring and identification of the preload status are realized.A wireless network-based dynamic monitoring and evaluation system for the performance of the ball screw pair is initially established.By this system,the remote centralized collection of the parameters collected by the distributed performance parameter acquisition system is realized,the evaluation parameter database is established,and the multi parameter evaluation system based on the corresponding model algorithm is preliminarily constructed,which makes a valuable exploration for the establishment of the subsequent intelligent and big data ball screw evaluation system. |
