Burr is often produced in manufacturing of mechanical parts.Electrochemicaldeburring,has high efficient,has no mechanical force to workpiece,can achievehigh uniformity and surface quality,adapt to automated production.It is verysuitable for deburring of high hardness metal,high toughness metal,and metal inthe complex inner region.So this method has been widely used in industry ofautomotive engine,aerospace,pneumatic and hydraulic.Based on the processing characteristics of the electrochemical deburringmachine,we have developed the control system,which meet requirements of themachine. These job includes that:analysising the requirements of machine tool toits control system; developing scheme of control system; selecting hardwarecomponent,designing hardware circuit and communication modular of the controlsystem,manufacturing the machine control cabinet;designing PLC program andpage program;doing the anti-interference design from two aspects of hardware andsoftware;making on-site commissioning for control cabinet to enforce function ofthe system.Using PLC and touch screen in this control system,interface is friendly,stability is improved,operation is convenient and monitoring function is moreintuitive. |
