| The production level of all walks of life and production efficiency has improvedtremendously along with the rapid developing of social economy. As a pillar of thenational economy, the textile and dyeing industry has made a significant progress, but italso has to face the urgent need of improving production efficiency at the same time.There has been a large number of electromagnetic interference during the early running ofpreliminary design of multi-axis synchronization control system and seriously affected thenormal operation of equipment and stability of production, so anti-interferenceperformance of multi-axis synchronization control system needs to improve.This thesis first outlines the working principle of rotary screen printing machine andpresent research situation and development and application prospect of computer controlsystem and EMC. Analysis was carried out on the advantages and disadvantages ofdifferent control systems and the dual control based on PLC-DSP was elaborated. Fromthe practice, the thesis expounds the structure of the control system. The core chip ofcontrol board and software development platform were introduced, the designs of specifichardware and software of control board were introduced.And then this thesis focus on thedesign of communication program between two controllers.This thesis studied the mechanism and mode of transmission of electronic controlsystems in the operation of common electromagnetic interference phenomena and practiceseveral anti-interference technology for the system combined the current situation of theresearch practice. A detailed and specific anti-interference design combined withelectromagnetic interference theory was proposed after the analysis of causes of specificinterference on the system running.At the end of the thesis, this project research and contents of this thesis aresummarized, and then the thesis paid attention to the prospect of closed-loop control technology, SOPC technology, CAN communication, remote monitoring which wouldenhance the performance of system after the application. |
