As our country’s traditional industry,dyeing have been made an important contribution for our country’s economic and social development.Meanwhile,dyeing is high resource consumption and heavy pollution industry,the development of its production and processing process improvement will play an important role for the product quality and energy consumption.Currently some printing and dyeing equipment of enterprises still using the old control system hardware and processing technology,It cause high failure rate,maintenance difficulties,poor quality of the product,and seriously affect the normal operation of the equipment.A new monitoring system for enterprise printing and dyeing equipment is designed in this paper.This article is mainly composed of the topic background and significance,the scheme design of monitoring system,the hardware and softwar e design of system,interface design and system simulation and debugging.Using the Siemens S7-300 series PLC to replace the original controller,and the monitoring interface is achieved by using Siemens MP277 touch screen to realize equipment parameter setting,running status monitoring,operational control and fault alarm function.The feasibility of the designed system is verified.The new monitoring system will better meet the demand of technology,improve product quality,convenient operation,and improve production efficiency.
