Effect Evaluation Of Natural Disaster Reconstruction:Based On The Study Of Wenchuan Earthquake

Recently, natural disaster happened frequently in the world nowadays, both in the east of Japan, earthquake and accompanying tsunami and nuclear leaks, and Wenchuan earthquake have brought heavy casualties and huge economic losses. Therefore, the effective implementation of disaster management is an important measure of reducing disaster losses, promoting regional development and national progress, an important measure of social hamony. Post-disaster reconstruction is an important part of the process of disaster management, scientific and comprehensive post-disaster reconstruction assessment is a important merthod to evaluat the disaster recovery, assess the reconstruction effects, measure a country’s disaster reduction off disaster and emergency level. Firstly, this article describes the research background and significance of the paper, find out the direction and content of the paper on the basis of the results of the associated research results. Further, the paper summarizes the content for assessment and establish the index system.Using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the data from the investigation report of reconstruction of the poor villages from the wenchuan earthquake and the establish evaluation index system this article will evaluate the earthquake reconstruction effects.
