With maturing gradually of the exploration and the drilling technology, on account of the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand for construction land-occupation and drilling costs soaring, the cluster type Wells with covering less area and high utilization efficiency obtained fast development. To satisfy ultimately the demand of the technics for cluster type well, to save power consumption, to increase oil production efficiency and to extend the pumping unit and oil production system service life, To make full use of the cluster type Wells closer spacing of characteristics, developing a set of pumping unit which exploit multi-port Wells concentrated drive has important theoretical significance and practical value.Through comparing the motion characteristics of the crank slider and the crank rocker organization, the paper determined the six-bar linkage of shaper for the executive branch of cluster type Wells concentrated drive pumping unit, finishing the parameters optimization based on its geometric parameters analysis and evaluation.Main contents are as follows:(1)According to "one Machine more Wells" request, and combining the load of the suspended points, spacing, workover, drill over distribution, rod pump parameters and wellhead device etc actual situation, the paper assembled beam pumping unit, pulleys, soft rope etc advantages together, analyzed by using analytical method the motion characteristics of the crank slider and the crank rocker organization, determined the six-bar linkage of shaper for the executive branch of cluster type Wells concentrated drive pumping unit, calculated in detail the displacement, the velocity and the acceleration etc movement parameters of the mechanism each motion pair, and the mechanical properties of the components.(2) The geometry model and the system simulation model of each motion vice and rods of the device drivers was established based on software ADAMS.and the system movement driven was completed, through simulation analysis and the comparing analysis of the motion characteristics of the displacement line graph, the speed and acceleration line graph obtained in analytical calculation, validating device structure and motion rationality for the shaper cluster pumping unit.(3) Aimed minimizing the maximum speed of the slide and reducing the acceleration of the suspended point as optimizing, the length of each component as design variables,making parameter optimized design of the cluster pumping unit based on ADAMS, finally determining the optimized length of the crank, connecting rod and the rocker, establishing the foundation for the system structure optimization.The paper based on the idea of "the multi-port oil well share a beam pumping unit production", completed the scheme of design, mechanical motion characteristics analysis and parameter optimization of the shape cluster pumping unit the overall, providing a type of new ways to exploited oil that is energy-saving and high efficiency for developing and producing cluster well of oil industry for our country.
