As the Pu Tao Hua and Tai Nan oilfield entered the development phase of high watercut,Ao Nan oilfield in peripheral stripper block has developed,restricted by geographicalconditions and restriction of production, to save investment,cluster wells is increasing year byyear. In order to reduce the production energy consumption of the cluster well, lower one-timeinvestment, research energy-saving pumping equipment that one motor drive two oil wells.The technology applies a lifting device to realize the two wells and oil production, withreducting the motor power substantially, it also reduces the lifting device model.Take controlof the operation of the drive motor system to make Pumping source and Terminal load reversemotor through the combination of the deceleration transmission, drag the pumping rod underthe repeated operation. It formes the balance type self balance between the sucker rod of twowells string,exchange store and release energy process mutually and continuously, realizabalance on running, make mechanical efficiency reach above90%,and reactive power lossnear to zero, the energy saving has reached40~70%compared with conventional pumpingunit,and solve the problem of the conventional pumping unit with low mechanical efficiency,high energy consumption.
