Today,the state vigorously supports the research of new energy-saving machine mining equipment.In this paper,a self-developed single-machine drive multi-well balanced pumping system is used as the research background,and the main engine system of the key part of the pumping machine is the research object.Firstly,the structural design and modeling of the key technologies of the main engine system of single-machine drive multi-well balanced pumping machine were carried out,and then the dynamic simulation analysis of the main engine of the pumping machine was carried out through the UG motion simulation module to verify the feasibility of the principle of the main engine,and then the static analysis and modal analysis of the key structures of the main engine were carried out through the advanced simulation module of UG.Finally,the experimental research of the main engine of single-machine drive multi-well balanced pumping machine was carried out,which verified the principle and explained the energy-saving effect.The main work and results achieved in this paper are as follows:(1)The reasons for the high energy consumption of conventional beam pumping machine are analyzed,and a host system applied to single-machine drive multi-well balanced pumping system is proposed,which realizes the functions of one motor driving multiple oil wells,positive torque,constant power and high efficiency through the host system.(2)The technical principle of single-machine flooded multi-well homogeneous phase of the main engine system of this pumping machine is discussed,and the structural design and calculation and selection of standard parts of the main engine system are carried out,the dimensions are determined and the three-dimensional model is established.(3)The virtual prototype of the main engine system of the pumping machine is established for dynamic simulation,and it is concluded that the torque of the output shaft of the reducer is always positive and effectively slows down the fluctuation amplitude of the periodic alternating load and effectively improves the load rate of the motor.The rationality and feasibility of the technical principle of single-machine flooding multi-well homogeneous phase are verified.(4)The finite element analysis of the main components of the single-machine flooded multi-well balanced pumping engine shows that the stress and strain of the pumping engine are within the permitted range and meet the design requirements.Then,the modal analysis of the homogeneous disk frame is carried out,and it is concluded that the homogeneous disk frame does not produce resonance phenomenon.The rationality and reliability of the host structure design are verified.(5)The processing and manufacturing of the main engine testing machine of single-machine drive multi-well balanced pumping machine was completed,and the parts of the testing machine were briefly introduced.According to the principle and function of the main engine system of this pumping machine,a test plan was formulated and relevant experimental studies were carried out.The test results of the host system efficiency of more than 60%,energy saving of 50%~60%,and cost reduction of 50%~65% were obtained. |
