Comprehensive Evaluation System And Informationization Technology Research Of Environmental Indicators For Enterprise Products

Cranes are important industrial machines that undoubtedly infects environment during their life cycle. This thesis starts from an analysis of issues that affect the environments during the life cycle of cranes, setting up a quantizational system for evaluation of the affections the cranes exert the environments. Then the thesis puts forward the idea of local evaluation that evaluates the affections in terms of local stages of cranes’ active service period and presents required data structure and the related rules for information of the cranes’ affection to the environments. In the end, the thesis presents a method to monitor dynamically the cost of energy and the emission of wastes from a crane to reveal the law of energy-cost and waste-emission of the crane at various working spots.The innovations of the thesis are as follows:(1) Setting-up of quantizational system for evaluation of the affections.(2) Idea of local evaluation by the cranes’ active service period.(3) Rule for information of cranes’ affection to environments.(4) Method for monitor dynamically the cost of energy and the emission of wastes from a crane.
