Livestock and poultry breeding sewage get into the surrounding water with surface runoff and underground seepage in the process of precipitation or irrigation. Uncontrolled discharge of animal manure-based agricultural waste, which has became the impact of China’s water environment, especially the primary factor threatening the safety of drinking water sources. To face with environmental pressures brought by the rapid development of the livestock industry, it’s necessary to study on scientific and rational accounting system of the amount of pollutants producing and pollutants discharge in livestock and poultry breeding, which provide a basic data supporting for making the pollutant emissions control technology system of the livestock industry. The study was tested the pollutants producing coefficient and pollutants discharge coefficient of industrial pig farm at the same time in Wen Chang City, Chang Sha City and Mu Dan Jiang City. The paper studied the pollutants producing coefficient of live pig through pollution-producing characteristics of live pigs at different growth stages and the impact of slaughter weight live pigs, then select three typical representative process by summary and analysis of treatment menthols of livestock and poultry breeding waste, at last construct accounting system of the amount of pollutants producing and pollutants discharge in industrial pig farm, which provide a theoretical basis for the effective implementation of environmental statistics for government departments, improving the scientific decision-making level, achieve the pollution reduction of agricultural source during the Twelfth Five-year Plan period. The main results are listed as follow:1. Experiment of Production pollution coefficient of live pig in different growth stages showed that:Each slaughter a live pig, the producing pollution coefficients of CODcr/total nitrogen/total phosphorus/ammonia nitrogen were37.13kg/head,3.79kg/head,0.56kg/head,1.82kg/head. The production pollution coefficients of live pig in the three growth stages were in the order as fattening pig> nursery pig> piglet, there were significant differences between adjacent two growth stages. In piglet stage/conservation stage/fattening stage, the production of pig manure per live pig were0.34kg·d-1,0.74kg·d-1,1.88kg·d-1; The production of urine per live pig were0.86kg·d-1,2.72kg·d-1,3.93kg·d-1; The production of CODcr per live pig were23.5~63.8g·d-1,99.7~149.0g·d-1,204.5~333.6g·d-1; The production of total nitrogen per live pig were3.8~5.1g·d-1,9.8~12.7g·d-1,23.8~36.7g·d-1; The production of total phosphorus per live pig were0.7~1.2g·d-1,1.7~2.3g·d-1,3.3~5.0g·d-1; The production of ammonia nitrogen per live pig were1.4~2.2g·d-1,3.3~7.0g·d-1,10.4~21.4g·d-1. Except for The production of CODcr of sow, other indicators of sow have no significant differences with fattening pigs. The production of dry sows’ manure/urine/CODcr/total nitrogen/total phosphorus/ammonia nitrogen were in the order as2.33kg·d-1,4.62kg·d-1,360.3~609.3g·d-1,26.1~43.3g·d-1,3.9~7.6g·d-1,10.9~18.0g·d-1.The production of pregnant sows’ manure/urine/CODcr/total nitrogen/total phosphorus/ammonia nitrogen were in the order as3.61kg·d-1,5.24kg·d-1,396.1~671.3g·d-1,43.8~60.7g·d-1,5.4~8.0g·d-1,14.7~24.0g·d-1.2. Results of different slaughter weight of live pigs’ produced pollution coefficients showed that:Slaughter weight had a direct impact on production pollution coefficients of live pigs. The slaughter weight of the live pigs was get more heavily, the fattening period is relatively prolonged, that means the fattening stage producing pollution increases. Under normal circumstances, it’s set slaughter weight90-110kg as a reference standard. If the slaughter weight of live pigs was beyond the range, it would be given the correction factor. Slaughter weight of live pigs between75-90kg、110~130kg、130~150kg、beyond150kg, which the correction factor is0.8、1.4、2.5、3.9.3. The results of the pollutions discharge coefficients under three typical of swine manure treaments showed that:Using padding system, the pollutions discharge coefficient of the live pigs were CODcr12.6kg/pig、TN1.04kg/pig、TP0.20kg/pig、 NH3-N0.39kg/pig. Using dry-manure-removal system, there was no discharge of pollutants if manure emissions would not exce the farmland fertilization limited in manure-return mode; the pollutions discharge coefficient of the live pigs were CODcr 1.70kg/pig、TN1.39kg/pig、TP0.14kg/pig、NH3-N0.45kg/pig in anaerobic+aerobic treatment mode of sewage; the pollutions discharge coefficient of the live pigs were CODcr0.90kg/pig、TN0.27kg/pig、TP0.06kg/pig、NH3-N0.14kg/pig in anaerobic+aerobic+deep treatment mode of sewage. Using flush-manure system, the pollutions discharge coefficient of the live pigs were CODcr3.43kg/pig、TN1.54kg/pig、TP0.14kg/pig、NH3-N1.01kg/pig in anaerobic+aerobic treatment mode of sewage; the pollutions discharge coefficient of the live pigs were CODcr1.39kg/pig、TN0.33kg/pig、TP0.08kg/pig、NH3-N0.15kg/pig in anaerobic+aerobic+deep treatment mode of sewage.
