This topic mainly includes four parts. The first one is to study and analyse the basic situations of our country large-scale dairy farms waste treatment and utilization,to summarize the main waste handling ways,manure collection technologies and waste utilization ways of large-scale dairy farms in China;and then to collect the related data of the waste production and emission coefficient of the large-scale dairy farms domestic and overseas,through the collection and analysis,and combining the situation of dairy farming and the actual production experiences in China,to determine the waste discharge coefficient of our country large-scale dairy; and then in the Shandong province,for example,to determine the sewage storage period and the main design parameters of the pool volume of the field storage pool for the large-scale dairy farms in Shandong province;According to the relationship between the unit agricultural crop fertilizer consumption and sewage nutrients output to estimate the unit farmland sewage quantity given.Part I:On the basis of access to relevant information,combined with Chinese national conditions,summed up the situations of large-scale dairy farms waste treatments in China:(1) Manure collection:mainly includes manure cleaning by rinsing and dry collection;(2) Solid waste treatment and utilization mode:processing technologies including drying technology, deodorization technology and comprehensive utilization technology;waste utilization ways including fecal returning field,organic fertilizer production,clean energy production,feed manufacture and production of medium,etc.;(3) Aquaculture wastewater treatment and utilization modes:mainly including returning cropland model,natural treatment and industrialized treatment mode of three.Part II:This study suggests that the dairy feces discharge coefficient range of20~60kg per head per day,averages of40kg per head per day;the dairy urine discharge coefficient range of10-25kg per head per day,averages of18kg per head per day. The estimating parameters of main composition content in dairy feces and urine:(1) the average content of water,organic matter,TN,TP (P2O5) and TK (K2O) in dairy feces is respectively84%,16.35%,0.40%,0.27%,0.22%;(2)the average content of water,organic matter,TN,TP(P2O5) and TK(K2O) n dairy urine is respectively96.0%,3.0%,0.78%,0.055%,1.20%.This study suggests that the large-scale dairy farm wastewater discharge coefficient of the every one hundred cows under different manure collection technologies:daily output of wastewater with using the dry collection in the dairy farm is range of14-27m3per100heads per day,averages of21m3per100heads per day,average of7500m3per100heads per year;daily output of wastewater with using the manure cleaning by rinsing in the dairy farm is range of29~42m3per100heads per day,averages of36m3per100heads per day,averages of12800m3per100heads per year.Part Ⅲ:This study suggests that the field sewage sludge storage pool storage period in Shandong province should be with6months advisable. The main design parameters of field sewage sludge storage pool volume that can store discharge of sewage from one hundred cows of six months:(1)dry collection:pool depth of6.0m,pool bottom area of524m2,pool radius of12.7m,the pool capacity of3144m3;(2)manure cleaning by rinsing:pool depth of6.0m,pool bottom area of708m2,pool radius of15.0m,the pool capacity of4248m3.Part Ⅳ:This study suggests that per hectare of farmland every quarter can be given sewage quantity is:(1)using dry collection in the large-scale dairy farm,on the basis of N, per hectare of winter wheat, rice, corn, soybean, peanut, sorghum farmland every quarter can be given the quantity of sewage is respectively1690m3,2220m3,2090m3,2380m3,2794m3,1509m3; on the basis of P2O5, per hectare of winter wheat, rice, corn, soybean, peanut, sorghum farmland every quarter can be given the quantity of sewage is respectively2700m3,4161m3,2683m3,2278m,2050m3,2894m.(2)using manure cleaning by rinsing in the large-scale dairy farm,on the basis of N,per hectare of winter wheat, rice, corn, soybean, peanut, sorghum farmland every quarter can be given the quantity of sewage is respectively292m3,383m3,361m3,411m3,482m3,260m3;on the basis of P2O5,per hectare of winter wheat,rice,corn,soybean,peanut,sorghum farmland every quarter can be given the quantity of sewage is respectively1130m3,1742m3,1123m3,954m3,858m3,1212m3. |
