Consumers have more and more requirements on textile products, but ordinary ring-spun products can not meet the requirements on product diversification. So merchants continue to develop new products, and ring-spun hollow yarn textiles attract more and more consumers’attention for its unique structure and performance characteristics. There are four parts in this paper:first, discussing the development and study situation of the core yarn and hollow yarn, the advantages and application of the hollow yarn. Second, tests and analysis basic properties and main perssads of the new hydrolysis filament, and states how to transform the ring spinning frame and the core yarn spinning process. Third, discussing the weaving process and hydrolysis process of the hollow yarn knit fabrics, then analysis their basic properties. At last, introducing the fabric moisture transmission mechanism, tests the moisture transmission performance of hollow yarn fabrics in many ways, analysis its performance and compare with ordinary fabrics.Identify main perssads of the new hydrolysis filament by FTIR and Pr-Gc/ms. The result shows that the new hydrolysis filament has perssad ester bond, benzene, C-N, C-P, C-Br, C-Cl (benzene), CH2and so on, and it is aromatic polyester. We developed cotton/new hydrolysis filament hollow yarn knit fabric and acrylic/cotton/new hydrolysis filament hollow yarn knit fabric. New hydrolysis filament completely hydrolyzed and dispersed in water after hydrolytic treatment to give the hollow yarn a special structure and high wicking ability. So compared to ordinary fabric, hollow yarn fabric has good performances, for example wettability, water absorption, water storage capability, wicking ability and so on.
