Ecological Environment Quality Appraisal Of Changzhi City

The development of a city is a process that the environment wherehumans live, the ecological environment of a city reflects the humansconsciously or unconsciously on it. City is not only the place that humanexpenditure of natural and energy resources most, but also importantsources of pollution. So it is more and more important that humans doecological environment quality appraisal of cities to determine the levelof city ecological niche which reflects the adaptation level betweencities and humans of various of production, life activity and then discussthe inner connections between economy development and environmentwhich are more and more important, which has been the primary task ofthe development of society and economic construction.The thesis used ecology, city ecology, and environment theory toselect eight indexes that can reflect the quality of the regionalecological environment condition, and then compared these indexeswith the world’s advanced metropolis in order to calculate the weightand evaluation the ecological environment of the research area. At the same time, it used the comprehensive index method and the hierarchyanalysis method and chose twenty indexes that can reflect roundly theresearch area’s ecological environment quality to combine with theactual situation of Changzhi. The analysis in which involves natural,environment and economy resources divided the entire evaluationsystem into four levels including target layer, constraining layer, factorlayer and index layer. The analysis compared the research area withcities of both international and domestic countries by analyzing fromwhole to each class and layer. The purpose of thesis is to evaluate theresearch area’s ecological environment quality, and then supply thebasis of optimization decisions, improving the ecological environment,beautifying the living environment for the relevant departments. Bydoing this, it can promote economic, environment and harmoniousdevelopment.The result shows that the regional ecological environment ofresearch area is good, and it has been more and more better from 2005to 2009.But, its ecological environment quality is only better than themiddle level of country and still has a lot to do by comparing with theworld’s advanced metropolis due to its special natural and geographicalconditions, the mode of economic growth, and the development of citylimits. The area of garden and greening work is relatively outstanding,but natural conditions what is also the main factor of affecting theregion are relatively weak. The author suggests that six aspects shouldbe carry on what is increasing forestation, introducing high-end talent,establishing zoology environment, changing the mode of economicdevelopment, enhancing the city modernization construction, promoting the integration of urban and rural construction to improve theecological environment quality.This thesis emphasizes on the ecological environment qualityevaluation of built area of Changzhi city. The previous researches havedone to the area is less, and most of the domestic researches onecological environment quality are focusing on the more cities ofdeveloped provinces and big cities. The author hopes that more andmore researches on the area can be carried on. At the same time, theauthor suggests that the research on the area should choosecomprehensive and objective indexes modals that can reflect the wholesituation of the area.
