| In China, the shantytowns, project design, planning and running is relativelymature, but shantytowns environmental planning research is still relatively new field,not yet formed a unified, standardized method of theoretical system. The shantytownsrefers unified demolition of squatter settlements and shantytowns New Area to carryout the planning and building activities, which is part of the development of urbanconstruction and planning.This paper combines theoretical and practical.On the base of analysis andresearch on the development course of EIA, on the defects of EIA system, and on thehome and abroad study progress in EIA of planning and EIA of shantytowns methods,we discuss the assessment methods and working procedure of EIA in shantytownsplanning, establish an indicator system of EIA in shantytowns planning. The result oftheoretical study is checked on the case of the Wanda Plaza Project in KuanchengDistrict, Changchun.The conclusion of this paper is as follows:(1)Type of planning environmental impact assessment system, the systemestablished and work program development and implementation are systematicstudied in this paper. It put forward a EIA system of shantytowns project, andestablished a program of work.(2)Discussed the methodology of EIA, and made a screening and principles ofthe methodology indicators. Focus on the planning environmental impact assessmentmethod used by the various stages, as well as on the shantytowns projects forenvironmental impact assessment method.(3)To Wanda Plaza Project in Kuancheng District, Changchun as an example,using the EIA system of shantytowns project to make impact prediction on theenvironment from air, water, solid waste, etc, as well as put forward correspondingmeasures. First, investigation and analysis in the region and then make an assessment and analysis of the atmosphere, water, sound environment pollution under the certaincondition, as well as predict the potential environmental pollution after the completionof the project. |
