Oil Development Project Environmental Impact Evaluation Of Yingtai-Jiami Oilfield

The encryption project of Yingtai-Jiami Oil Field is located in the Momoge National Nature Reserve, the core radius within the protected areas and buffer zones, and at the right side of the main channel of sub-section of the river Nen Baicheng, around the State embankment, the geographic Location is very sensitive. By the special geographical environment, in order to reach the goal that provide the benefit with people while protecting the environment by the exploitation of oil field, but also to stabilize the quantity of the eastern oil production, it is essential to analysis the impact of environmental during the process of exploitation, so as to reduce the negative impact on environment coursed by the oil exploitation and promote the development of economic coordinated with regional ecological environment.According to the analysis of the engineering characteristics of oil field exploitation and the environment, this paper described the background of the encryption project of Yingtai-Jiami Oil Field and analyzed the pollutant conditions and the business process during the exploitation.Through the analysis of factors that impact the environmental during the exploitation, we showed that the main factors in the period of development, production and recovery wells run and closed are air, surface water, groundwater, noise, soil and ecological environment and so on. By further study on the environment surrounding Yingtai-Jiami Oil Field, we evaluated the impaction of factors on environment, such as the air, surface water, groundwater, noise, soil, ecological environment, solid contaminants and others. At last we obtained the integrated evaluation results containing all factors mentioned above.Finally, we researched the policy of prevention and cure during the oil exploitation on three stages: development, production and closure of wells running. Through the policies according different stages, we try to reduce environmental pollution and make benefits of social, economic and environmental unified, to ensure that development of economic coordinated with regional ecological environment.
