| Riveting techniques are used widely in the aerocraft mancufacture. Riveting is the major method of connection between aerocraft sheet metal parts at present and also will be in future. Automatic riveting technology is one of the advanced technology for riveting techniques, this article researches and develops the simulation system for automatic position of bracket in the process of automatic riveting.This article explores simulation technology of automatic riveting based on CAA which is the secondary development of CATIA, researches thoroughly on the secondary development method of CATIA and the interference detecting method in the process of kinematical simulating based on CATIA, and develops the simulation system for automatic position and manufacture of rivet machine.The main contents are as the following:(1) Research thoroughly on the components architecture of CATIA and the developing interface, and summarize the methods of the secondary development of CATIA based on current methods.(2) Research thoroughly on the theory of interference detection, summarize three methods of interference detection based on the platform of CATIA, compare and analyze these three methods.(3) Develop the kinematical simulation system of four-axis automatic riveting on CATIA based on technology of CAA and C++, and realize some related functions. |
