With the rapid economic development and population increase in China, the consumption of resources has intensified. It is particularly urgent to build a resource-intensive society. China, as a agricultural country, is rich of rural resource and the way of using resources in rural areas is closely related to the steady development of socio-economic and the building of socialist well-off society. Integrating the use of rural resources and improving the effects of rural resources will be a breakthrough in the construction of intensive resource-saving society. Village resource integration is the effective measures to promote the integration and utilization of rural resources. It plays an important role to improve the efficiency of the utilization of rural land resources, rural ecological landscape, industrial restructuring, labor-saving investment, accelerating the construction of new countryside and the development of urban and rural.However, there are rarely comprehensive ideas designed for the purpose of promoting the utilization of rural resources conformity, as well as less reports evaluated the benefit of land conformity from the point of promoting the efficient utilization of rural land resources. It has been an urgent problem which need to be focused on and resolved that how to set up the framework to analyze the impacts on the use of rural resources by land conformity, and how to build the evaluation mechanism of the efficiency of rural resources integration by land conformity.To better reveal the mechanism of different utilization of rural resources by land conformity, and scientifically evaluate the effect of rural resources integration, as well as, to create new ideas for the efficient evaluation of land management, this article selects rongchang county of chongqing municipality as the study area, which typically represents the hilly region of land conformity, and is beneficial to carry out diverse land management patterns, and the effect of land remediation is obvious, and greatly influenced the comprehensive utilization of many kinds of rural resources. On the basis of concrete analysis and investigation, we take sanxing village, renyi town as a specific case, which follow the principles of typicality and representative, and is significantly influenced the utilization of many kinds of rural resources by land conformity. The methods used here are qualitative and quantitative, otherwise, the methods combined theory and practice, and the empirical analysis method was also employed to analyse the change of the utilization of rural resources in land conformity. And through setting up evaluation index system, as well as building of entropy matter-element extension model to evaluate the rural resources integration effect. The main research contents and conclusions were as follows:(1)Through investigating and data analysis of rongchang county and typical project area, We found that after the land consolidation the land reclamation rate of rongchang county has increased by2.24percentage points and effective irrigation area of arable land increased by4.85percentage points; the land reclamation rate of project area increased by12.10%and effective irrigation area of arable land increased by5.60%. In addition, through the reclamation of rural construction land in the project area, supplementary amount of farmland reached185.65hm2, and63.63%of construction land index is used as indicators for the urban and rural construction land increase or decrease turnover index. All this improved the intensive utilization of rural construction land, and also meet the demand of the non-agricultural construction land. In the project area,through the rural construction land reclamation, supplementary amount of farmland is1.65hm2and other agricultural land0.09hm2, compared with before the land consolidation.the intensive use score of rural construction land increased by0.1509. Therefore, rural land consolidation can effectively integrate the rural land resource, promote the utilization and protection of cultivated land, vitalize inventory of the stock of rural land, optimize the structure and layout of urban and rural land.(2)The landscape of corridors and patches of project area are analysed, before and after the renovation. We found that the function and features of the landscape of corridors and patches are more reasonable after being regulated. From the point of quantity structure, quality structure and network structure, the length, density, line point rate, degree of loop-through, connectivity and material of the corridor landscape and rural roads have been enhanced and improved. The utilization level of rural roads and farmland irrigation have been improved too; The density of land and landscape patches decrease from126.3687to126.3687, the largest patch index and average plaque area increased by0.1734and0.3951respectively, the morphological index of patch decreased from24.1327to21.6483, and evenness index and diversity index decreased by0.0104and0.0216, respectively. All this results indicate that land reclamation play an important role in optimizing landscape patches of land, and changing the situation of patch fragmentation.(3)In the development of agricultural industrialization, the demand of farms for infrastructure is the most pressing, followed by the scale of land management, and the services and capital of agricultural science and technology. After the implementation of land remediation in the spot regions, the farmers’ enthusiasm toward land circulation has been obviously improved, the area of arable land which is appropriate scale managed increased86.22hm2, the number of the average farmers’ arable land blocks decreased from4.8to3.2. This animate the development of mulberries, vegetable planting, mulberry field chicken, pig breeding industry. After regulation, with the improvement of the development environment, the spot regions has established the production base, and set up "professional cooperatives of mulberry chicken rearing" and "professional cooperatives of longitude and latitude pig breeding".The standardized production and management not only increase the income of farmers, but also optimize the structure of the rural labor force. After remediation, the structural proportion of pure farmers, pluralistic agriculture farmers, non-pluralistic agriculture farmers and non-farmers changed from83:5:2:lto41:3:2:1. The amount of labor who locally participate in the agricultural production increased from126to205, the number of migrant workers increased to1836from1916, the number of labor who engaged in other forms of employment increased from41to58. Therefor, land remediation could effectively integrate the resources of the industrialization of agriculture, improve the agricultural infrastructure, and guide the development of the agricultural industry, and promote the transfer of rural labor and the structural optimization in spot regions.(4)Land remediation has a good effect for the integration of resources in the spot regions.There is difference in the integrated effects of various types of resource. It indicated that the evaluation results for "better" accounted for58%of the total index of indicators, for "good" accounted for33%of the total index of indicators, for "general" accounted for9%of the total index of indicators, for "poor" or "comparatively poor" accounted for0. Many engineerings is applied to land regulation, such as land leveling engineering, field road engineering, irrigation and drainage engineering, the development of unused land and other engineering measures which could improve the utilization rate of land increment. Reliability of farmland irrigation, degree of land leveling and road accessibility. Limited by the natural landscape and other factors of the project area, there are significant correlations between the7indexes of land reclamation rate, the increasing level of per capita income of farmers, the increasing amount of rural labor effect, the amount of idle or failing to fully exploit labor, the increasing yield rate of agricultural land, the increasing rate of agricultural income and the degree of landscape optimization, and the rank of evaluation. Land quality is an important indicator for the efficiency of land utilization. Because, improving the quality of land is an integrated complex process, and the effects of improving the quality of the land with the help of land remediation in the short term effect is not very obvious, the final evaluation result of land quality indicators is "general". In the four types of resources, there is the highest relevance between rural land resource integration effect and grade evaluation "good", and the relevance among the integrated effect of rural ecological landscape resource, the integrated effect of agricultural industrialization elements, the integrated effect of rural labor resources, and level evaluation "better" are the highest. The above results indicated that the land remediation could play an important role in improving utilization and efficiency of land resources, improving the ecological landscape, promoting the development of agricultural industrialization and the allocation of labor resources, although with various effect.(5)From the perspective of land remediation affecting the rural land resources utilization, landscape pattern, allocation of labor resources and agricultural industry development, and by the angle view of land remediation causing the rural resource conformity utilization change, This article profoundly reveals the integration mechanism of land remediation for utilization of rural resources, but also provides a new idea for the rural land remediation benefit evaluation.
