Research Of Community Space System Of Disaster Prevention In Beijing Basing On GIS

In recent, there are so many disaster all over the world. After12nd May2008,when the earthquake destroy a lot lives and wealth,we have pay more and more attention on disaster prevention. As the basic unit and first line of disaster prevention community play a important role in these work. As capital of the PRC,to the unusual status in political and economy,it is more than loss in life and wealth if some disaster happen here。Beijing should be given uncommon countermeasure for prevention.In this paper, firstly,through the relevant literature on community disaster data collecting and collating,I can have a more comprehensive understanding about the situation and development trend of the domestic and international community at this stage of disaster prevention.We would realize the lack of understanding between the developing country and us in this area through the comparison of domestic and foreign research.Combining with an important position in Beijing, we selected some communities in Beijing as the research objects,and with GIS,Graphical analyzing and data processing.Secondly, against research for community disaster preparedness,we visited five Beijing "International Safe Community ".We gained first-hand information and data to understand the basic status of the Beijing community disaster.We can focus on grasping various community prevention efforts. Thirdly,we conduct field research on the Laoshan Street about the construction, public space, green land, firefighting, emergency command.We find the important and difficulty through the departments.Forth,using the GIS_SuperMap to know the disaster problem in the community.We mainly from the space point of departure, described the community safety space, community space of refuge and asylum channel. Finally,from the field research and analysis software before, we get the practical problems of the Laoshan Street.Combining Laoshan street its own characteristics and existing community in Beijing,we use the investment income method to solve the existing problems of the community disaster and raised a series of recommendations and implementation measures for community disaster reconstruction.This article aims to put forward the need for community transformation and directional through the Beijing community research,using the GIS.According to the research, software analysis and site visits to build a better community.Put forward a comprehensive set of community disaster reconstruction. Provide some support for the community disaster space in Beijing.
