Anji Hynobiid(Hynobius amjiensis) was published in1991which belongs to Amphibia, Urodela, Hynobiidae, Hynobius. This species only distributes in Longwang Mountain Nature Reserve, Anji, Zhejiang province, China. Its individual is large, and the phenomena is rarely to see in Hynobius. According to the conclusion which was surveyed in90s last century, the domain where it appeared was less than100km2, and the area where it distributed was less than10km2, for almost all individuals appeared only in one site, the area and the quality of habitat are continuing disappearing. So Anji Hynobiid was listed as Critically Endangered by IUCN and listed in China Species Red List and China Red Data Book of Endangered Animals.Since Anji Hynobiid was published,only a few scholars had researched the population status and karyotype of the species,and examined its risk factors.There is no reports of macro biology of Anji Hynobiid or any in-depth study of other aspects of it.Therefore,our team intends to select the survival status and endangered status of Anji hynobiid to conduct research,to provide basic ecological information in the follow-up study,and to prvide the scientific basis to the protection of the species.According to the basis of published research and the preparatory work,we make Acres of Fields in Nature Reserve Zhejiang Anji Longwangshan as our study sites.Twelve factors of30sites were selected and measured.These factors included temperature,moisture, herbaceous plants, distance to small waterbodies,distance to large waterbodies,distance to roads, soil, food organisms, predators, human disturbance and other habitat factors survey.Goodness of fit chi-square test to verify the above habitat factors,then bonferroni confidence interval formula to calvulate the analysis of Anji Hynobiid on selective habitats preferences.Finally,stepwise Stepwise discriminant analysis to determine habitat selection of the key factors.The concept of measurement through the establishment of the discriminant function misjudge the rate of discrimination been minimum.The results showed,Anji Hynobiid distribute in Acres of Fields at an altitude of1280m,the distribution area is about0.2km2, we found12Anji Hynobiid in five quadrats of60quadrats in the survey,the population less;the microhabitat which Anji Hynobiid prefenapart from the residential area300-400m,away from small waterbodies≤50m,distance to roads50~100m, herbaceous cover>80%, herbaceous height10.1-15.0cm, ground humidity60.1-80.0%, the surface temperature≤6℃, soil moisture50~60%.Temperature,humidity, human disturbance and food affectwere the critical factors distinguishing habitat selection of Anji Hynobiid by stepwise discriminant analysis.
