Soft Matter is a new interdisciplinary subject, involving physics, chemistry, biology and some other fields, and the research content of it includes the liquid crystal, colloids, membrane, etc.. Recently, more and more attention is paid to the colloidal system. As is known that, with the unique nature, the colloidal system has been widely related to our daily life. Nowadays many scientists have done a lot of researches and made great important progress in related fields, and the coupling effect of depletion forces in the colloidal system was reported. In this paper, the coupling effect of depletion force of the three-sphere system is studied through Monte Carlo simulation and acceptance ration method. The results show that:1. The coupling effect increases with the increase of volume fraction;2. The coupling effect of depletion force will be also strengthened by the geometry confinements;3. The larger the size ratio of large to small sphere is, the stronger the coupling effect of depletion force will be. Obviously, these results not only enable people to have a more thorough understanding of the nature of the Coupling Effect of Depletion Force, but also provide some guidance to explore the related properties of the colloidal system.
