Since the 19th century,the popularity of container transport has rapidly promoted the process of international trade,and also promoted the development of multimodal transport.The problem of empty container transportation has always been concerned by people in the development of container transportation.Especially since the 20th century,the modernization of transport needs such as multi-modal transport,whole logistics,intelligent logistics services constantly updated,empty container transport optimization has become an inevitable problem.Under police "One Belt And One Road",the country has vigorously promoted the layout of sea-railway combined transportation.Whether it is sea transportation or railway transportation,the high empty-return rate is a pain point for all transportation enterprises.Container sharing can reduce the invalid empty container transportation,improve the use efficiency of containers and reduce the cost of empty container transportation.Based on this,this paper considers how to make use of the three main container sharing modes to maximize the utilization of resources,at the same time,to enable each company under the cooperative sea-railway combined transport to obtain benefits,so as to consolidate the operating posture under the sharing mode.Taking this as the starting point,this paper establishes the container sharing combination mode of sea-rail intermodal transport,that is,the combination of container leasing mode,alliance mode and third-party platform mode,and their advantages and disadvantages are complementary.Within the alliance with the lowest cost of empty container transportation system as the goal,utilize the centralized decision,based on a shared platform container leasing as the supplementary requirements,determine the highest resource utilization scheme of dispatching empty containers.considering the enterprises in the union of the shared portfolio model results in the decrease of overall cost,namely the marginal contribution rate,Shapley value method is used to determine the income distribution value of each coalition member,and use cost benefit transformation formula,each member shall bear the cost of empty container transportation.In the centralized decision-making stage.the cost caused by the container mutual lease between enterprises in the alliance only flows within the enterprise and does not flow to the outside of the system,which has no influence on the centralized decision-making.Therefore,the cost of container interoperability among enterprises in the alliance is not considered in the centralized decision-making stage.After the benefit distribution is determined,the cost of container interoperability among members is solved in reverse by means of price compensation.In this way,the cost of the empty container transportation system can be guaranteed to be minimized in every decision,and the members of the alliance can benefit from the empty container transportation system with the Shared and combined mode,so as to have a high degree of satisfaction and consolidate the stability of the container transportation alliance.
