Research Of Real-name System Of Internet Commodity Trade From The Perspective Of Legal Philosophy

With the rapid development of IT, Internet will bring human into a new era-theera of Internet commodity trading. Because internet trade is not subject to thelimitations of time and places, more and more enterprises and individuals open theirbusinesses on the Internet, which leads to the increase of online consumers and onlinecommodity trading volume. At the same time, Internet commodity trading have had agreat impact on traditional business model. At present, Internet commodity trading notonly makes life easier for consumers but also causes a lot of problems. For example,how to protect consumer privacy, consumer right to know, fair trade rights and claimrights; how to supervise the operators of Internet commodity trading; how does thethird party of Internet commodity trading manage the transaction website as a manager;how does the supervision mechanism work. As a result, implementation of real-namesystem of internet commodity trade is imperative.This paper, from the Angle of philosophy of law theory, discusses on thecommodities trading of real ideological basis, put forward the construction of a realnetwork transactions law philosophy method. On this basis, according to the rapiddevelopment of the network transactions in present situation, this paper discusses thegeneral situation of the commodities trading network, probes the real meaning ofnetwork commodities trading in China is analyzed, analyses the advantages anddisadvantages of the real network commodities trading, researches how do the categoryand value theory of the philosophy of law direct the real-name system of networkcommodity trading. At last, this paper put forward the framework on implement of thereal-name system of network commodity trading. The implement of the real-name system of internet commodity trading not only benefits to the operation of internetmarkets, but also to the development of China’s E-commerce.
