Qian Xuesen is one of the major changer in China’s science and technology landscape of the twentieth century, is the founder of Chinese aerospace science and engineering and "bombs and one satellite", but also a thinker rich in philosophy and educator. He made up Systems theory of Philosophy with control theory, and put his systematic philosophy into practical Marxist philosophy, established a set of science and technology philosophy on a practical philosophy category. Then he based on the educational philosophy in a comprehensive philosophical system, planning educational practice. Qian Xuesen lived in the world proudly rely on his excellence, and he has good reason to ask how to find one training scheme to develop masters. "Qian Xuesen’s pondering" is a result of his education experience and research practice, is an important reflect on the model of Chinese higher education. Qian Xuesen’s technology education philosophy and educational practices have important significance of our higher education system today.In this paper, a comprehensive philosophy group from the systematic philosophy and Marxist philosophy as the starting point of this philosophical system inspected on three philosophical category, then these analyzes as a basis, Qian Xuesen come out of the educational philosophy in-depth analysis, and sort out accompanied educational practice. Finally, we make thinking and response to "Qian Xuesen’s pondering" and the Chinese higher education system. The full text is divided into two parts. The first part is the main content of the educational philosophy of science and technology of Qian Xuesen. First, a brief analysis of the formation process of Qian Xuesen’s in Marxist philosophy as the center of the system philosophical system, from "Qian Marxist philosophy" of the core areas, lateral areas and specific target areas to sort out and resolve cross-sectional areas. Then further analysis from "Qian" philosophy come out of Qian educational philosophy and its educational specific practice. In the second part, Qian Xuesen philosophy to science and technology education as a guide, and for the basic characteristics and the current conflict of higher education in China, I will come out of the thinking of "Qian Xuesen’s pondering" and the reflection on the reform of higher education in China.
