| We have a large population in our country, while the land resource is extremely scarce. With the development of industrialization and urbanization, transportation infrastructure continues to accelerate, and more and more collective land has been expropriated, which leads to the intensification of conflicts between people and land. Problems of compensation, coming from land expropriation of transportation infrastructure construction projects are increasingly prominent, affecting social harmony and stability.On the basis of summary previous studies, the paper first studied the actual status of land expropriation compensation system for the transportation infrastructure construction, then analyzed the main reasons which caused the existing problems. Secondly, we analyzed the case of expropriation compensation in Hangchang highway Anji county's land. The study has shown that the land expropriation compensation situation of Anji county is basically consistent with the national. There are four aspects about the problem: lacking of compensation items, low compensation standard, single-mode compensation resettlement and confused compensation procedures, But Anji county has made a policy to bring the landless peasants into the basic life guaranteeing. In the modern society, the concept of "raising children against old age" has been degradated. Then such compensation resettlement mode can protect the landless peasants' long-term livelihood and tackle their concerns. Other areas can learn from Anji county's experiences. Finally, learned from overseas countries' experiences of land expropriation compensation, the paper gave some policies and suggestions to improve the land expropriation compensation system of transportation infrastructure construction projects. |
