The Researches On The Mode And Application Of Commercial Bank Organization Reform Based On The Complex-System Theories

Organization reform is just like to the evolvement of the life system in the course of adapting the circumstances. In order to keep continuous development, organizations must carry on continuous reform. At present, more researches are concentrated on the bank organization structure and its operation, but the traditional mechanical system theory can not be used to process the evolvement problems of the complex system. The traditional organization theory developed from the traditional system theory also can not effectively process the action of the self-organization effect occuring in the course of the organization reform. In other words, the traditional organization reform theory has the limitation. We can not be able to resolve the problems of the complex organization reform by the traditional theory.Comparing with the organization system of the commercial banks in the western countries, Chinese commercial banks'organization system has its own specific characteristics. As a special participant in the banking system, the government plays a vital role in the evolvement course of the organization system of the commercial banks. Since Chinese commercial banks'organization system has its own special evolvement law, we must not only draw support from the western theory and method to study this complex organization system, but also achieve development and innovation on this foundation. With the modern scientific mode transformed from the Newton mode to the system mode, we should consider the bank organization as a non-linear complex system and apply the non-linear complex system mode, in order to provide the new theory and method for the commercial banks'organization innovation under the continuous change of the circumstance conditions.The current researches on the theory and practice of the bank organization structure and operation has been stressed, but people have not paid enough attention and showed great interest to discuss the bank organization structure and operation under the background of the system theory, especially under the frame of the complex science. On the basis of expounding the complex system theory and organization reform theory, the complexity of the bank organization was analyzed at first. Comparing with the other complex systems of the nature, the commercial bank organization is the important main body of the banking system, it has the following characters: clearer non-linearity, chaos, way-dependence, self-organization, adaptation, dynamic and self-evolution. By introducing the viewpoints of the complex system theory, the classical theory about the organization reform, was explained newly the pattern of organization reform, was discussed the characteristics of the new pattern based on the complex system theory were analyzed. Combining with the actual situation of Changsha City Commercial bank, the organization structure, management responsibility and company administration structure were designed newly. The case analysis has the significance of combining the theory with practice.
