Industry of commercial bank has relations with all about economy of a country, which plays a key role to the development about the people and state as well as the comprehensive economy. It’s the core for the future continual improvement. In the view of globe, all developed countries are with banks which have sufficient capital and strengths. Nowadays, we gain a remarkable improvement about reforms of commercial bank, such as carrying out interest rate liberalization, developing multi-dimension structure of commercial bank, continuously reforming the system of bank, etc. However, there are still many critical problems about our industry of commercial bank, such as non-performing assets, unreasonable market sources allocation, weak core competition of commercial bank, etc. Thus, our banks will face lots of strong impact from others. So, it is the critical problem for our banks to improve the total market performance, realize the benign development, muscle the comprehensive competition.Based on the SCP theory of industrial economics, the thesis conducts the objective, comprehensive and deep analysis about our commercial banks to look for the root causes from market performance of the banks. Also, in combine with the model of econometrics, offer the datas to the policy of market performance of banks. Finally, give the suggestion for the improvement of our commercial bank industry development.
