Research On Business Model Optimization Of Chengdu TT Technology Business Incubator

Entrepreneurial activity has great effect on economy,while technological incubator is the impetus for enterprise.Along with the constant promotion of "Mass Venture &Innovation",the high-tech enterprise incubator is being paid more and more attention by society.It has become the choice of many new enterprises to settle in science and technology business incubator,and the research on the business model of the incubator has been paid more and more attention.After more than 30 years of development,science and technology business incubator has achieved some results,but there is still a gap compared with other developed countries,facing difficulties such as lack of hematopoietic function,single profit model,lack of operation ability,etc.In order to make incubator sustainable development,the study of its business model becomes increasingly important and urgent.Only by correctly analyzing and solving these problems can we promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation and make the incubation industry develop better and faster.In 2019,Chengdu TT Company signed an investment agreement with the regional management committee,and settled in a cultural industrial park in Wenjiang District,Chengdu and settled in Chengdu TT Technology Business Incubator.After more than 3 years of operation,the management committee put forward requirements for the problems such as the incubator’s failure to achieve profit,the substandard output tax,the lack of close combination with industrial positioning,and the overall lack of public service level.In this paper,Chengdu TT technology business incubator as the research object,through the study of a large number of domestic and foreign literature,using the "five factor model" business model,respectively through customer positioning,value chain,value proposition and dynamic capacity and cash flow model of Chengdu TT technology business incubator problems in the existing business model.By referring to the experience and practices of excellent incubators in other domestic cities,it tries to propose some targeted optimization strategies based on the "five factors" theoretical model and the actual situation of TT company.It includes specific measures such as repositioning customers,redefining the value proposition,building a mutually beneficial and win-win ecosystem of deep cooperation,integrating resources,and optimizing the structure of revenue and expenditure.It also proposes internal and external safeguard measures to effectively implement and promote the specific measures.From the support of policies and funds to the improvement of human resource management and corporate culture construction,professional and information incubation services,the establishment of long-term internal performance evaluation system.This paper hopes to apply the "five-factor" business model to the actual operation incubation process of TT company through the study on the optimization of the business model of Chengdu TT technology business incubator,provide it with new ideas,help it explore a road close to reality in the future industrial transformation and upgrading,and at the same time provide other similar incubators with replicable and referable experience.Achieve sustainable development.
